Why We Built This
Every company we've built hit the same wall. Somewhere between 15 and 50 people, the coordination overhead started eating the company alive. Status meetings. Slack threads. Email chains. "Can you loop me in?" The work about work consumed more energy than the work itself.

After a $100M+ exit as CEO, he founded VeloXP to bring the operational architecture he wishes he had to every American business.

Eddie Lester

Eddie built Fitness Mentors from the ground up into a leading online education platform, helping tens of thousands of personal trainers launch and scale their careers. Along the way, he became one of the earliest adopters of AI marketing automation and systems integration, deploying the same AI workforce tools internally that VeloXP now builds for clients.
After running these systems in his own business and seeing the results firsthand, Eddie went full-time at VeloXP because he believed in what the company is building for others. His 15+ years in online marketing, sales automation, and business systems give him a rare perspective: he's been the client, the operator, and now the co-founder responsible for making sure every deployment delivers real customer success outcomes.
Based in San Clemente, CA, Eddie brings the operator's lens to every client relationship. He knows what it takes to run a business day to day, and he ensures VeloXP's AI workforce actually moves the numbers that matter.
Gypsy Rogers
CTO & Co-Founder
40+ years in software development and technology strategy. Gypsy spent four years as Senior DevOps Engineer at NVIDIA during the AI revolution, building infrastructure that powered GPU-accelerated computing at scale. Before and after NVIDIA, he led technology strategy across Homeland Security, ABC, Disney, OpenGov, and dozens of startups and Fortune 500 companies.
Proficient in 28+ programming languages and a specialist in M&A technology due diligence, Gypsy brings the deep infrastructure expertise that makes AI Workforce Intelligence deployments production-grade from day one. He has served as fractional CTO for companies ranging from early-stage startups to enterprise-scale operations across SaaS, AI, entertainment, and government sectors.
